The location was absolutely perfect for first time visitors to San Francisco.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, short walk to the beach and UCSF medical center as well as the cable cars, the beach was next to the venue. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave.

The location was good and magnificent, close to a Dutch windmill. Units with 2 double beds.

Very comfy bed, good room that has a reasonably large bathroom. It has unbeatable and beautiful location helpful in advising us on which train to take to get to union station to catch the cable cars.

We loved the location right on the beach and being able to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylight in the bathroom. We appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and fridge, especially when traveling with a toddler. The free parking was a definite plus, and the proximity to cafes and restaurants made it easy to find delicious food options nearby.

The location of the hotel was favourable and excellent, close to ocean. It took 5 minutes to reach Ocean Beach on foot.

The staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms are great-sized and warm with 2 double beds.

The room was clean and the bathroom was quite large, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offered room service, something I wasn't expecting. The location was also convenient, as it was next to the train/trolley pick-up/drop-off area.

On two consecutive trips, I unfortunately experienced loud and rowdy neighbors who disrupted my sleep and stay. The hotel also had limited and tiny parking spaces, which was inconvenient.

Good situation, easy acces to public transportation

- Too Noisy because of cable car, only 01 - 05 am no train noise, - Heating was not working while it was 40 degrees F outside - Bad management, we forced to stay in rooms we were not reserved, forced to upgrade - Every evening key cards were had to be reprogrammed - No ventilation, no hangers in bath room, - Was not cleaned properly, hair of previous guest was still in the bathroom, - very old furniture and facilities

We slept there 1 night, but the hotel was ok. It's definitely worth the money especially in SF.
